I wish I had more experience to ask more questions. This is my first cruise. We bought the Alaska package and really didn't hear more about it after that.
We have booked several trips and also a few cruises with the new west cruiseship center. Cannot say enough good things about how above and beyond Lynn has gone in helping us with everything and also with her excellent advice with her own experiences or with helping research anything she may not know. Even while away on a 21 day cruise when the actual cruise line made a billing error...all I did was email Lynn and she had the issue resolved by that evening. Service with a smile too! Would recommend and actually have recommended her and this center to many.
Have dealt with Expedia CruiseShipCenters in New West, and Lynn, for many years, for land trips and cruises! Usually just give Lynn dates and destinations and she always comes back with many different options and recommendations. While we always book something exciting for the best price, she keeps an eye out for more perks or discounts, until the day we leave! Best agent I have ever dealt with. Will continue to do business with Lynn and this company !
Catherine is my "go to" cruise consultant at New West CruiseShip Center. Over the past 3 years I have booked exclusively with her for our seven cruises. She is very knowledgeable and goes the extra mile to find the best shipboard cabin/price/perks etc. A pleasure to do business with!
I have booked a half a dozen cruises with Lynn at Expedia CruiseShipCenters New West office. I have had a positive experience with the service and felt comfortable that I was maximizing my travel budget. I highly recommend Lynn.
Service could be improved. Arlene just wanted to hurry and book with no knowledge of destinations.asked for place close to downtown PUerto Vallarta but resort was over an hour away. Asked for cruise vacation and gave her my time frame and she booked last min flight when I could have spent an extra day in LA. In a hurry to book and make money with no regard for client’s needs. May have to book my own vacation next time.
