First time at Crowsfoot Smokehaus. Outside: is what attracted me to this place a long time ago. Sorry no picture taken. It’s nice outside. Parking is out front and there was quite a few spots Greeters: were nice and there was a ton at the front could be we were late afternoon maybe a shift change. Server: Tom was super awesome did a really good job. Drink was always filled was super nice knew when to come and check on us and when to fill my drink which I love about a server. I never had to ask. The uniform was super cute too the persons wore them well. Food: portions were pretty decent chicken I found was done a little to much but it’s not like it tasted horrible. I ate almost everything but it was super filling I brought what I call Mac and cheese but it was called something else. Sorry I didn’t pay much attention to wording tonight . Ambience: super nice in this restaurant it’s definitely not an every week but it is for special occasions once again I’m going to say it is so nice inside I love it!!
Love this place! One of the finest in Canada I’d say. Food is legit and delicious, and ambience is perfect for family gatherings. I love the mocktails yes all of them!, and the meat platters and deserts as well. Went there twice in one week with family because we liked it so much. The gift shop is also amazing, definitely recommend checking it out.
We recently just found this place and we sure are glad we did! We ate off of the brunch menu and had both the brisket and pulled pork sandwiches. Both excellent! The BBQ sauce they use is very tasty. The staff were all very friendly and efficient. Loved the ambiance of this place and we are really looking forward to having supper here soon. There is the neatest general store attached to the restaurant which was nice to browse and they serve Shaw’s ice cream which was a nice top off to the great lunch. We will be back! GO HERE!
Great place to eat! Fantastic food, authentic smoked meat. The restaurant is extremely clean and has just a great vibe. Service was fantastic and they have the cutest general store attached so don’t forget to visit it. Speciality jams and preserves, candy and gourmet items. Shaw’s ice cream was dessert! Fantastic find and we will absolutely be back to try the dinner menu.
Went in with no reservation and sat at the bar. Beautiful place!! Staff was friendly and approachable with a great attitude! Beer was cold, food was very flavorful! The German beer and cheese dip was full of flavour! You definitely must go!! And don't you dare forget to go into the store!!! Definitely worth the money, drive and time!!!
Awesome food and staff. We had company lunch with 10 people. Food came out fast and at same time. Potato onion soup of the day was incredible. My second time dining there and prices are very reasonable. Best brisket around.....hands down!!!
Picked up a family platter today for a work luncheon for myself and 3 other colleagues. Picked 5 meats and 5 sides. The food was very good but certainly not worth the money. $180 for a small pizza box of meat and sides. Not shareable as the sides were personal sized. Asked for gravy and it didn’t come. Booked to pick it up at 11:30 and it wasn’t ready. Menu says bread, pickles and sauces come with it and they didn’t. Portion wise, it might be enough to feed 3 people, but definitely not 5. It was embarrassing… I did this for my team in appreciation for a successful month and one guy left after lunch to go get something else to eat. Lesson learned… lots of other options for a $200 lunch.
The food tasted great and the sauces were flavourful. The reason I'm giving 2 stars is the portion size. We got the 4 meat platter with 3 sides. The menu states this could feed 3 people, the amount of meat that we got would absolutely never feed 3 hungry adults. This is my first time trying this restaurant so I will be trying it again to give it another chance. Considering this was $70 dollars it is absolutely not worth it and I'm really disappointed at the lack of meat we got for that price. The singular 1 corn bread is the cherry on top
So I have went here to eat twice in one week. My first time was absolutely amazing as was my second but what made the first stand out was my waiter. An older gentleman, he was funny and patient. Food is 5 stars. If you want something super yummy get the spazle and cheese with burnt brisket ends and some roasted Brussel sprouts. Each of those is actually an appetizer but is more than enough to eat as an entree. Restaurant is really nice, it has some good ambiance to it. Although weekends around dinner time is a little too loud for my liking. They have a really cute little shop with some local goodies and some hard to find stuff as well. Check it out!
Great atmosphere, delicious food and drinks. Gluten-free and vegetarian options that still taste amazing! Friendly staff and now offering live music night! What more could you possibly want? If you take your receipt to the grocery store attached, they’ll give you a discount too! Only critique really is the that the wine is expensive. The bramble cocktail is scrumptious I highly recommend trying it! Bist Bald!
