From the outside this Hotel looks closed compared to the government building that are supposed to be empty due to COVID-19 work from home mandate

Property needs for cleanup, room i got was not dusted properly, beds were really comfortable. Staff was very polite and helpful. Getting into parking lot was tricky.

Beautiful room, comfortable bed, wifi available, great price, unfortunately the hot tub was not working but the pool and sauna were nice, small weight room available, and snacks available at the desk, there is also a restaurant available. Helpful staff and nice atmosphere. Would visit again.

We got a deluxe suite and we parked outside. The restaurant Les 2 Bistro bar the food was not that good.The wine Pian di remolewas a great Italian wine. We couldn't park down stairs because the car was too high up. Our check was a breeze and Lisa was great. Our suite was fantastic.

Clean, good staff. Rooms are comfortable. The location is not the best for tourists. But it is reasonably close to the strip where you can find good restaurants and a short cab or uber to Ottawa. There is a restaurant downstairs and a fitness centre.
