Horrible customer service, go out of your way to buy from a different vape shop. Give a 7 day guarantee return on mr.fog if they quit working within the time frame with a receipt, but after too many faulty devices, somehow it's the consumer's fault not just bad quality products. Do NOT recommend! Spread the word, get a different business in town already!

I love the customer service at Crown Vapour! The staff is always so friendly and helpful and they listen to what their customers want and do their best to get the products. Every time I go in there they have more selections of everything!

The young guy behind the counter was very dismissive and borderline hostile on my first visit. When he had finished accusing of bootlegging vape carts for minors he ended up selling me a flavour I didn't want or like. As this is one of the only locations in town dedicated to nicotine vape pods, it gives me a great amount of anxiety every time I come in and have to deal with this particular guys terrible attitude and service especially as the parking to this location is rather limited.

Really polite, knowledgeable & super helpful staff, and prices are comparable to larger stores in the city. My only very minor issue is they tend to not carry the types of e-juice I prefer, seem to quickly run out of the couple they do have that I like and don’t bring in a lot of tanks/mods. But the ones they do carry are excellent and if you’re into fruity or candy types of juice, this is your store!

Went there this morning because I need a new coils ended up getting an education the guy working at the store was super helpful really wish every vape store staff was as helpful as he was

Lots of really good juices, they could use more smok inventory because I've tried all different types of mods and and chambers and nothing compared with the flavor delivery even on they're lower end models is fantastic

Everytime i come here i feel like i get pushed a flavour because it dosent sell well and everytime I ask for a recommended juice I end HATING it. Its not just me other say the juice was gross too. Overpriced but thats kinda understandable due to it being the only real vape store in town.
