I have been a loyal customer of crown for many years; I have found the last year of service disappointing. Currently had my taxi call me and say he couldn't pick me up as his debit aching wasn't working....been waiting 35 mins for a cab I was told 5 to 10 for! I think I'll be trying a different company after this!
I don't understand the horrible reviews....I've been using them for years and have never had any issues. My work uses them exclusively and if they see me walking towards my work in the morning they will offer me a free ride the rest of way. Keep up the good work
Called for a cab and driver either can not follow directions given by dispatcher or dispatcher does not tell directions to drivers. Dont even bother to pick up up where you ask them to and then expect you to wall five minutes to where it parked. I really think one star is to high starting but kinda have no choice.
Crown Taxi's dispatcher literally hung up on me while I was trying to arrange where the pickup area would be. This left me and my 71 year old grandmother in today's pouring rain. Luckily a kind soul was able to connect us with an Uber. Crown Taxi was a terrible experience all around. Look elsewhere, folks.
