WOW! What can I say!? Other than FANTASTIC! From the 1st phone call, when I spoke to Patrick I knew this was a brilliant company! As always, when you’re shopping around for anything, you get a few quotes…I spoke to 3 different limo hire companies and Surrey Limos were head and shoulders above the rest! Patrick not only answered all my questions, but he genuinely cared about me as a person, not just a customer. We had a laugh on the phone and the customer excellence was on point! I was then liaising and speaking with Lance, who was incredible as well! It was my sons 13th Birthday and they were going to Wembley and all our Newcastle family were coming down to go to the match! They decorated the inside with banners and balloons and my father in law and his brother cried when they got in the limo. My son was blown away! From start to finish Lance was Flexible, professional and genuine throughout the whole experience! I would have no doubt in calling these guys again and highly recommend! Customer service isn’t what it used to be but this company smashed it. If you want a limo hire, Surrey Limos is the one to use! Thank you so much for everything!
I cannot recommend Surrey Limos enough! They are very professional from booking onwards. They were so helpful when my daughter was ill and we had to rearrange, with quick communication. The actual limo itself was stunning, and the extra touches with the banners, balloons and bubbly were amazing! The driver was really helpful and explained how everything worked. Thanks for making a very memorable 18th birthday for my daughter!
Highly recommend Surrey Limos and our driver Lance. Fantastic communication from enquiry to booking to arrangements for the day. The car was stunning!! Nothing was too much trouble and we had an amazing journey into London and back for my daughters Hen Do.
Lance was an absolute gem. Punctual, friendly, accommodating, patient and just generally a really nice man. My daughter Raya enjoyed her 16th birthday surprise, and my husband Ryan & I enjoyed our extra little tour of London at night. Thanks Lance we will book again soon
Always slightly suspicious of so many five-star reviews, but having experienced Surrey Limos I can totally see why they are so highly rated. Lance was brilliant - great comms, fabulous car, nothing too much trouble. Great company and a great guy. Highly recommended
Fantastic service, super professional, they really know what they are doing. It was my first time organising this kind of thing and they were so patient with all my questions and made very good suggestions etc. Mini bus and 16 seaters were super comfortable, clean and really nice. This was a company event and my colleagues from US including our CEO were super impressed. Drivers were very competent and again they knew what they were doing. Price wise I think it was a fair price and definitely was worth it CEO words. I definitely recommend Surrey Limos having contacted other companies I can say I was very lucky to have been dropped by the other companies and have found Surrey Limos and we will be keeping them in our contacts for future events.
Highly recommended! Patrick went above and beyond to accommodate us especially with the last minute changes we had. Limo arrived bang on time, driver was friendly and kept us updated throughout the journey. Thank you so much for making our day so easy and fun! 10/10. We will definitely be booking again.
Couldn't ask for a better experience! Patrick & team were so amazing in helping me find the best party bus with a months notice! We went for a red sparkly bus, which everyone was a massive fan of! We will most certainly be using these guys again!! They are simply the best and most seamless service around!!
Absolutely terrifying. They arrived late so our girls got a 19 minute ride for £400! They refused to reduce the price. Please do not use this company they are con men.
Excellent service! Used them for my other half's 40th birthday. Everything from initial contact right through to the driver leaving us at our destination was perfect. Lance was extremely helpful throughout the whole time and nothing was too difficult or too much to ask. Truly made the trip a special one. 100% recommendation!
