We love this boulangerie and are so glad to have found it even though we live an hour from Plzen! If you need a change from the typical dense czech bread, the artisanal loaves here have an open crumb and amazing rustic crust. They taste heavenly! The prices are absolutely reasonable for the quality bread that you get here. Wish there were more independent bakers producing bread in this style around. We always stop by whenever we happen to be in the city! Also, LEGIT croissants that are delicious at a perfectly reasonable price. Too many times, I have been "cheated" by czech pekarnas selling croissants that are not croissants, apart from sharing a shape!!!
