The main chef here, Bev is a very kind and talented lady. The food she cooked was amazing and Its because of her that I have been coming to this restaurant 5 days a week since a month and a half.
Attended dinner on a Saturday with a group of 9. I called 2 days prior for a reservation. We were promptly seated but waited approx 15 min to order drinks. Our waitress explained she was the only waitress / bartender working that evening. It took us about 1/2 hr until we could order dinner. Dinner arrived about 45 min later. Meals were not served together. People in the party were done eating before others got their dinner. I ordered the perch, it was full of bones and mildly warm. A few others had the salmon which was the smallest piece of salmon I have ever seen. I will not return. The only reason i
We had the Friday roast beef special, the meal was terrific. The room is comfortably decorated and lots of space between tables so as to have private and romantic conversations. All the staff looked very competent and friendly. I must say that my server that night was just wonderful with a gorgeous smile and genuinely friendly and upbeat. Her eyes are just intoxicating. I was with my girlfriend that evening and she really liked the server also. Next time I will come alone ; I am pretty sure that the server's name is Janet. Right now I just can not remember my girlfriends name......oh, I just got it...it's Helen! PS.....the reviewer below Midgy Meowhead sounds like a real winner, says she was unimpressed.......check out her other reviews.....she seems like some old bat who lives alone with her eight depressed and unimpressed cats.....she has issues....no credibility
Great food for being attached to a hotel. Cold beer on tap
Drove from London for this experience. Place is attached to a Hotel. Expect hotel food. Online menu was incorrect. Some foods weren't even on actual restaurant menu. Didn't have any iced tea, spinach dip. Steak sauce arrived after steak was finished. Meal was sparse and sub-par. Pay for big restaurant prices though. Won't be back. Unimpressed.
SERVICE WAS GREAT - attached to the hotel where we were staying - TASTE WAS FANTASTIC - I had torellini with bacon which I will try to replicate at home & my brother's shrimp pasta was the best he ever had - just what we wanted that night. I highly recommended this restaurant.
I gave this restaurant 4 stars because the service was excellent! The food was average, good, but not over the top. Very friendly and courteous staff.
I have frequented this restaurant many times since it opened. Crossroads Restaurant in Sarnia is the cities best restaurant, bar and grill. I have tried almost every menu item and am always impressed. The portions are excellent and the menu selection is great. I highly recommend any of the flat breads, chicken, steak or pasta dishes. The Crossroads burger is quite possibly the best hamburger in Sarnia. Prices are very reasonable and you know the quality of food you receive is top-notch. My wife and I like how the meals are prepared with fresh local ingredients. We also have friends that frequent the restaurant due to their vegetarian and gluten free menus. The restaurants atmosphere is perfect for a night out with your wife or with a group of friends. Be sure to try Crossroads, it is truly Sarnia dinning at it’s best!
