Crossroads Car Wash

Does exactly what a self-serve carwash needs to do! I liked the option of being able to pay with either card or change. I only wish there was a way to see how much time I had left, and the vacuum was weaker than I hoped. Everything else was great!

Normally don’t leave a review for a car wash but in this case I have to! Spacious bays for washing, and the staff not only helped me back out of the bay but on my way out, sent me on my way with a hearty “Thanks for coming in!”. Thanks Crossroads. Your staff and service are awesome. I’ll be back.

I came here for years and I have always enjoyed how it was a decently priced to get a car wash and it had all the features I was looking fornCame in for a car wash today and I was just finishing up cleaning garbage out of my car and their employee came up to only me and asked me to leave because they had a line. I was just about to finish up and leave maybe 20 seconds left of garbage throwingnI don't understand how the fact that they have a line dictates whether or not I should be allowed to finish cleaning up my car.nnI'll never come back here to clean my vehicle

Did a quick rinse and it charged me $15. Based on the reviews it should readjust to the correct amount but I’m still waiting… calling credit card to report.

I entered the car wash and initially made a payment of $15, using $2 worth of water to rinse my car for about 2 minutes. I requested a refund for the remaining $13 from the staff. However, the staff instructed me to make another payment, so I followed their instructions.nnAfter discussing the refund with the staff, I returned to where my car was parked, only to find that a $7 car wash was in progress. I immediately informed the staff about the situation. The use of the $7 service was due to the staff’s mistake, as I did not initiate any additional service after the initial rinse.nnThe CCTV footage will confirm this. I should be refunded a total of $28. I kindly request your assistance in resolving this matter.
