Visited this box recently while in town to use open gym, and it’s a great spot. I’ve probably visited about 30-40 boxes worldwide and I can say the friendliness, equipment, hours and cleanliness of this spot is top! I checked out 3 spots in the area and this one was for easily the best if you’re visiting and looking. I can see they sell some supplements and Picsil. The owner is a young entrepreneur and that was awesome to see. He’s doing a great job.
Great place to try crossfit, there is a free trial. Nice for beginners and experts!
