Top notch crossfit box with super powered coach James and talented athletes. Great place to drop in on my trip to NF.

We were fortunate enough to drop in to Crossfit Islander because one of the other crossfit gyms in town wanted to charge us $20 to drop in, not really in the spirit of the reciprocal crossfit agreement but meant we got to train with the champions at Crossfit Islander. We rocked up about 15 minutes before the class and James was happy to have us drop in. The community was brilliant and very welcoming, and the facilities were great. WOD was awesome and left me absolutely spanked. Would highly recommend you check this box out for a quality environment and challenge your fitness. Thanks again Crossfit Islander!!
