I've been to many CrossFit centres. This one is by far among the safest, most fun, and most tailored to each athlete. Chloe Gauvin-David, the owner, has an incredible energy, humour, attention to details and most importantly, talent for programming excellence. Athletes PR often and have a low injury rate. She's a Games athlete and there's a reason for this. Her skills for teaching are beyond what I've seen anywhere. It shows that she studied teaching at university. Her passion seeps out of every part of her. Efficient cues, eyes on each athlete, appropriate cues that work (no "engage-your-core"-language in there) and a great flow from one set to the next. Weightlifting is often on the table, proper exercices and homework to strengthen weak areas based on each (or almost) individual and classes are one time and finish on time. She does a good amount of personal training and is just an all around pleasant person. Understands the struggle of others, erc. Why are you training in other CrossFit centres? Go to CP. It's awesome. Beginners and elites can get stronger and fitter and learn a ton from coach Chloe.

Bien équipés et du service à la réception. J'ai vue une formation en direct et tous mondes avais du fun. Si je m'inscris cela seras avec cross fit caserne ✅ Merci pour les infos et bien serviable .
