We are Fernie's official CrossFit box! CrossFit is a core strength and conditioning program that is comprised of high intensity, constantly varied functional movements. We work the 10 general physical skills, cardiovascular/respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance, and accuracy. CrossFit incorporates metabolic conditioning (“cardio”), gymnastics and weightlifting to forge the world’s fittest men and women.
The CrossFit program is designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience. We scale load and intensity; we do not change programs. You won’t have to lift weights beyond your level or perform movements beyond your skill set.
