I love going to Crossfit! They scale all workout downs to your fitness level so you are not overwhelmed. I have been going there since August and they have become more of a 2nd family then a gym.

I met up with Lloyd and Carol at the CrossFit regionals in Minneapolis... they are great people and love what they do, which carries into the community created at CrossFit Bemidji.  Great group of people!

I dropped in for a Memorial Day Murph workout. The staff was friendly and the facility was clean. I even recommend that one of the people from my gym stop in when they were in the area.

Just opened a few months ago and there is already a great community which is thriving and growing. Awesome place to drop-in, glad to have a place to workout when visiting family!
