I meet Linda here who looked after my issue. She went above and beyond for my issue. I could see all the people before me were also glad with her service. She was happy doing her job and really concerned to fix my issue. We couldn't fix it but she gave my all the info. I needed to correct the name issue. Great job Linda
These folks have it figured out! With the virtual lineup, I joined when I left home and was invited inside by the time I arrived. 2-3 minute wait in a comfortable chair, not jammed in with others, and I was soon being helped by a friendly, highly competent professional. She knew exactly what she was doing, and had us out of there with a new Alberta ID in record time. A new standard for service and organization - Thank You!
The service they provide is excellent. I had some concerns that need to be resolved. Sarah over there was fantastic she helped me to get the things done. Really appreciate her work. Overall, the whole experience was great. Keep up the good work.
Me and my husband went today. The lady in the front was so very helpful, pleasant and nice. She was the one who initiates to assist us. Also the lady in Window no.2 was so patient when the computer was having trouble taking my signature. It took several times before the computer accept my signature. All in all the service in this place was excellent.
Sara made my day as I was having trouble getting my proof of insurance on my email. She solutions it and the process was fast, simple and thorough. I told Sara at the time that she made my day by helping without an issue and her 10 years experience really showed in her professional and pleasant service. Thanks Sara
I have been here many times in the past and today was unfortunately pretty busy. I did not expect this and I booked in when I got there. My wait was an hour but I had nothing else to do so was no bother. There are an assortment of restaurants and shopping really close by to pass time. I am unsure of the young lady's name in booth 7 but she was having a wonderful day and she was extremely happy and polite and cheered on her fellow employee who was quite grumpy. She is what it means to provide great customer service. Thanks to her I had a great experience!!
I went 2 times in a row at 4:30 pm the app notified me that no more people cannot be add to the queue. This business is not a federal government office but a business which should be taking people until close time of 5pm. Lastly the queue app was good because of covid but not required anymore. I was a client over 10 years but it is time to go to another register. This registry will be losing clients very soon.
I recently moved from Vancouver, so needed to do change multiple things, it was great to start by registering online so you don’t have to wait in the place. After 30min I receive a message telling me it was ok for me to go inside, so I drove to the place and get inside. I was fortunate to be takin care by Linda, she is amazing!!! She took the time to listen to me and understand that I needed to do multiple things, she help me by starting with my drivers license, then register 2 cars and submit my Alberta health card, all of this with a big smile and a true feeling of customer service, I was out of there with everything I needed I no more than 45min. Again a but mention to Linda for helping me, usually I hate doing this “registry’s ” but Linda made it look like a walk on the park. Thank you!!!
I've been to other registries and South Trail is organized by allowing one to pre-register. The staff is courteous, professional and helpful. If it's busy they will tell you how long of a wait. Quick but efficient and the staff takes the time to answer any questions. Excellent customer service and highly recommend this resistry. I'm originally from Ontario and the folks in Ontario should study this registry...how to run a registry and how people should be treated.
This is the worst experience Ive had in recent years! The condescending young women was very abrupt , rude and thought she was the authorities!! She insisted that my bill of sale was a photo copy!! WRONG! I was at the dealership when he signed it...but she argued with me and said it was too bad for me?? What? Im a senior and this is not a respectful place to do business. Please do your self a favour and let them know if you have a bad experience. It was very disrespectful, unprofessional and accusatory. Management should be ashamed of allowing this behaviour from their staff!! Post review: I really appreciate your acknowledgement and professionalism! Perhaps your staff can learn from your leadership. I went to another registry immediately after and they had no problem at all and agreed with me? Thank you for responding!
