Cross Creek Self Storage

Too costly. No power, terrible payment arrangements as far as falling on hard times and have to make 2 payments. Absolutely not allowed. This was corrected after 3 months of arguing the matter. But they say payment in the drop box on the 5th before 5pm and no late fees. I paid it 11am got charged the $10. Thankfully when having to leave things on drop boxes I take a photo and send an email because that email is what removed the few

What better way to add on to your house so you don't have a second mortgage? Cross creek! In our kids moving back in stage of life we had two storage lockers and with all of the ins and outs of needing small space and larger spaces and even putting two lockers close together and now consolidating back to one they are so helpful.

The lady at the desk was sweet over the phone and in person, the unit rent is reasonable and affordable. The property is clean and under 24 hour security surveillance. My wife and I felt welcomed when we where taken care of.

I'm satisfied. Storage rates in general could be much cheaper but cross creek has good security.

Very clean, easy access, no rodent or bug problems in my unit.
