It's Been over a month now waiting to hear from someone regarding my vehicle claim...My broker seems like she has better things to do anytime you call to deal with anything. They have taken wrong payments multiple times taking over 4 months to rectify the issue. Will never go with this company again after my matter is dealt with. Nothing but absolute unprofessional behavior and attitudes.
We have been customers of Crosbie Job Insurance for a number of years. Everyone has been great to deal with. However, Joan Hendricks has been outstanding as our personal insurance agent. She spend countless hours researching and gathering information and sent us numerous emails in-order to provide us the best insurance for our home and cabin. Over a period of a month, Joan worked tirelessly for us. I would highly recommend Joan and Crosbie Job Insurance for your commercial and residential insurance needs. Thanks Joan for all you do.

Matthew Benoit in St. john's was amazing to deal with. Wow in customer service I got from him. A+ service, closing at 4:00 and stayed with me on the phone till all was done, thats customer service that more companies should have. Now price could be cheaper but not much he can do about that. lol
They had my wife and I covered. They care and take the time to explain what is happening and make sure we understand. They are top drawer. Been dealing with them for 10+ years
Been a customer for 10+ years and switched motorcycle’s now they won’t inure me unless I have a car policy with them Not Happy!!!
The staff are very friendly and helpful. They worked to get me the best possible deal on my insurance.
