Never never never step into this shop again! What the owner cares about is $$$$, not pets. The owner promise to order a common pet food and he/she never does it. No notification is given! Makes customers shows up like a fool and tricks them to buy something smaller, older and more expensive. Try Amazon from now on. *** I was a loyal customer for 4 years. I came regularly, so the previous manager would always follow my order without a miss. Unfortunately she left 2 weeks ago and I was told no one followed my order anymore. I did give the shop 3 chances to order what I need. Over these 2 weeks, I bought their old stocks which were in smaller size, less fresh and more expensive in order to keep my pets alive. I showed my supports to this small shop and what I got was fake promises from the owner, who claimed he/she would order me the same thing. I made my last call today (yea, they never intended to call me back to inform me anything). The staff said,"Oh the owner decided that we would not order that size anymore. You can have the small one if you want" Sure! Smaller size, bigger return the shop will get. Let's do a calculation: The same price I paid for the smaller size in this shop, it is more than enough for me to get a 1.5 times in volume from Amazon. I always know the price in Amazon is always lower than the shops. I wouldn't mind paying a bit more but I shall not being tricked like this! What really pissed me off was how the owner wasted my time by neglecting the orders created by his staff. I showed up twice and got nothing for my pets and the staff did not know why the order was missed! Today, I called before I went all the way there. Thank you for the confirmation. From now on, I would not go there anymore. I hope they would take a good care of the cat and the small parrot in the shop, because they are the only things I miss.

My favourite place to stock up on all the essentials for my cats! I'm so happy they offer grain free pet food and treats.

Always unfriendly hipster with bad attitudes and sometimes they just stare you down with a miserable look on their face. They have one girl who's very helpful and friendly. But she's not always there. I always avoiding going there, unless I completely have too, and walk up the street to "Animal Vert". Hire better, well informed, polite staff. It really makes a difference if you want more clientele.
