I probably won't go back to Croft. The job was to remove and dispose of a damaged tree. Hydro was in the day before and felled most of the tree for them, but left the branches for Croft to remove. Despite the lighter workload, Croft's final invoice included a surprise +45% surcharge for "clean-up". It seemed a bit disingenuous. The only positives were that Kristy and Dave were responsive and pleasant to work with.
I was very pleased with the crew and the job they did! They were very professional and respectful of the property - everything was cleaned up for which I am grateful - worked quickly and efficiently, getting the job done well. In addition, they seamlessly coordinated with hydro to shut off the power while they worked around the power lines. I would definitely recommend this company for all your tree service needs.Service: Tree trimming & pruning
