Great fish selection, however a lot of them get sick from ich and die. However the staff is very friendly and know a lot about their selection.

We often buy our fish care treatments and pet food here. Sales people have often answered our questions. Relatively large aquarium room hidden at back of store.

Called to get a part for my fish tank, got delayed due to an accident on the road, called several times to ask if they would pls stay open for a few more min told that the manager (I drove 1 hour to get too) said no but if we got there before 6pm they would assist. we arrive at 5:59 called and was told too bad tills are off...i said are you kidding me...had to drive all the way to kamloops for less than a 1 min purchase! i had been on the phone 30 min before and then 15 min and again i called at 10 min to closing...could not get my head around this crappy customer service, i was not asking to go shopping to delay it was a very important part to keep the fish alive and healthy. they could have assisted now well wont ever buy there or say a nice thing.
