Matt was very knowledgeable and courteous. He kept us informed every step of the way. Will not hesitate to use Critter Control again if needed.

Matt was very courteous and knew what he was doing. The groundhog gave him a battle but Matt won the war. Hopefully I won't need Critter Control in the future but I will not hesitate to call them if I do.

I called 3 times within a few weeks to inquire about an estimate for cleanup. The first time I was told a cleanup/attic restoration estimate was free, but I should call back once the critters were removed from my home. The second time I called I was told the estimate was still free, but there would be a service charge of $199.95 if any remaining critters were found in my home. The third time I called, fully expecting to make an appointment for an estimate, the fees and policies changed AGAIN. This time a $199 service fee regardless of previous conversations. I'm glad I am not hiring this company, they do not seem trustworthy.
