He comes off very arrogant and has very poor bedside manner. He did not explain taking off braces, retainers, expectations. It was like he was in a major hurry and could not be bothered by my daughter’s visit. He aggressively pulled off her wire, braces, and then scraped off the adhesive residue very aggressively. He probably damaged her teeth from the way he did it. Then he left. I was planning to take my other kids to him, but absolutely NO. He should retire if he has this attitude toward patients and parents.

If there was a way to put zero I would. Run far away from the orthodontist. Terrible attitude to kids and doesn't speak with the parent when there is an issue brewing...basically he let my kids teeth rot out without any intervention during the covid mask wearing period even though he was in my kids mouth month after month. Wasn't allowed into office during covid and never once called me in the office to discuss my kids issue. Take your business elsewhere or you will live the nightmare I had to.

They do phenomenal work. He did my braces a million years ago, lol. They have always taken great care of my daughter and we are looking forward to them taking care of my son.

We just love Dr. Crist, Rhonda and all the lovely ladies dental asst's. This is our first child to need braces and it's been a great experience! We can't say enough great words!!
