I was looking for a new tax preparer, as my person had retired. I searched all over and finally came across Tracy Crisp. She took me on as a new client as it was coming down to the wire! She far exceeded my expectation!!!! She was very kind and genuinely interested in helping out small business people. She will be gaining my business year after year. I would recommend her to anyone. Crisp & Gravely have been our accountant for 18 years. They provide exceptional customer service, sound and valuable advice at a very competitive monthly fee. Being in the print and marketing field our business has changed drastically and rapidly in recent years without reliable reports and great advice from Duane and his staff we could not of been able to negotiate these changes nearly as effectively. I would recommend Crisp Gravely to any small business - in fact I do on a regular basis.

For two consecutive years, my tax return refund did not arrive until late July. After countless lies, excuses and unanswered phone calls/emails, I have since decided to no longer provide them with my business. It is unfortunate because the staff is all very friendly but too unreliable.
