Completely AWESOME!!! Tyeler is The BEST! quick, easy, I brought my own phone and I have a TRUE unlocked Phone so NO hiccups! I'm loving it! I highly recommend Cricket wireless...ESPECIALLY this Location and For Sure TYELER! only one day with Cricket wireless and I'm seeing a big difference! and I'M SAVING MONEY!! If I could give 10 STARS I would. AWESOME place AWESOME people!! Highly RECOMMEND!!

Terrible experience Brought my own phone. I was told it would work and was compatible. After being charged $87 to get started with hook up, sim and month of service, discovered it was locked. No fault of cricket. However at that point I wasn't eligible for the free phone or a "port in" / new customer price through cricket. I was no longer eligible apparently because they already had my $. Spent my Sunday on the phone with customer service and back and forth to store for nothing. Still no phone no service just out the $87. Actually took a 2nd phone I had through straight talk in and that wouldn't work as it is ran off Verizon towers. If using cricket service buyer beware especially if bringing your own phone. My suggestion is stick to straight talk prepaid would have saved my a a lot of stress and $. " there is nothing they can do, everything is automated. "
