Thomas Kacherski and his wife Becky opened Crew Restaurant in May of 2009. Together, they have created a casual and modern environment with a dedication to local and organic fare.
Thomas is a 2001 Culinary Institute of America (CIA) graduate. Becky has flourished in the restaurant and hospitality business throughout the Hudson Valley. Together, they share a passion for dining excellence, fresh ingredients and professional service.
Crew’s staff is highly trained and dedicated to the owners’ visions. Crew is part of the CIA extern program, providing students with extensive training on site. Many chefs currently employed are CIA alumni.
