Nice improvements since my last visit. Roads are way better and less rutty. The water is gorgeous and awesome to swim in. But avoid the slide

Under development. Currently lacks any polish. Mix of run down properties and impressive new mobiles going in. Lot sizes are too small [ opinion only ]. The owners are extremely friendly. Will revisit in a year.

Rate full stars due to how welcomed and nice everyone is so much fun activities for the kids-adults too and love how it’s not just a home but it’s a caring community the Facebook group is such a Active positive and thankful I’ve been here over 4 years -highly recommend they Always making new Improvements and ways to make it better

The new owners seem to be working like animals, turning the park into a place you want to live! You can see it’s a work in progress, but it sure is progressing nicely!

Pretty awesome place not far from the city.

We were surprised when we arrived to see how run down the park is and how old most of the trailers are. The people were nice and friendly. The water is dirty, it's a pond full of algae and sludge. We rented a "cottage" which turned out to be a very old trailer had to be 30-40 yrs old with a sunroom added on. The view of the water and sunset was nice and our rental was right on the beach which was convenient for the kids. We found the price a bit much for what we had but we made the best of it and had fun.

Just played there with Bar Code last weekend and had an awesome time. Very friendly people.

If you want to ever live in an episode of Trailer Park Boys, this is the place for you. The park is very run down, no lights on at night, the roads are full of pot holes, the trailers are so run down surprised they are even standing. A Machete attack happened here this summer Google it!! As you drive up to it there are scrap trailers looking like a dump. I don't know how anyone would give this park more then 1 star! It was definitely an experience
