No cabs over tye Christmas holidays is unacceptable. How are people supposed to get home safely from Christmas parties. Elderly people going to church for Christmas. It's freezing out and not safe temperatures to walk. Absolutely terrible service and you should be ashamed.
Started calling around 7:45pm, called until about 10:00pm called about 20x without a single response or even a voicemail. Had to walk 90min home in the dark
Last night I called and asked how much it costs to go to Trail. He said he doesn't know if he can go to trail because it's too far trail is 1 town over and a 20 minute drive. Then I asked for the base fare. He said there is no base fare. Then I asked how much it will cost and he said "I don't know, I don't know you!" WHAT!? To recap: Can you go to trail?: I don't know. How much does it cost?: I dont know because I don't know who you are. Then when I said okay bye he sounded confused that I would hang up. WHO IS THIS GUY AND WHAT KIND OF BUSINESS IS THIS?
it was awesome the driver was pretty cool i only use the service twice while my logging truck was in for repairs
It most certainly is not 24/7. Been calling for over 2 hours now

Was late on a couple pre bookings, but otherwise a great service to have here!!
Took over 2 hrs to get a cab!!
So late I missed my ride too work and very expensive Plus poor attitude and it didn't smell very good either
Took 25 minutes to get to me instead of promised 15, than cost almost 30$ to drive 8 kilometers round trip. Next time calling Uber
