Nice park. Beautiful views of the river. Great restaurant/bar at golf course across street. 30 amp electricity was a bit low (voltage) with AC on or I would have given it 5 stars.

Park itself was great but the showers were very dirty and can use some updating

Thousand Trails RV. S beautiful setting on the Columbia River. We have been here several times and will come back again.

I like this place quite a bit. Sitting right in the Columbia Gorge, the view is stunning, especially at sundown when shadows grow on the striated sandstone cliffs to the east. They have a little gazebo overlooking the river where you can sit and watch this, and I use it every evening when I'm there. The sites are all gravel and not necessarily level, which is typical for Thousand Trails, but they're all full hookup, which isn't. If you park up by the road it can get to be somewhat noisy because there's a surprising amount of traffic running into and out of the resort area below. So, as you might expect, it's often hard to find a spot down in the low area away from the road. Another possible noise issue to be aware of: for a while in the springtime, the people with the orchard down below repeatedly detonate an explosive device to scare off the birds. Boom, boom, boom! It gets to be a bit much. The laundry has front-loading washers ... yayy! It's in a cramped little room with no folding table ... boo! The machines only take quarters, no credit cards ... whatever. There's wifi at the clubhouse (only), and they tell you not to stream with it, but who would want to? I never tried theirs, but my experience with park wifi in general is that it sucks. Verizon pumps in a very good signal here, so forget about the wifi. The clubhouse has all the usual accouterments, and it's clean. The pool and hot tub always seem to be working. There's a court for tennis or pickleball. Now for the biggest caveat about this park: do not, I repeat NOT deploy your awning here. It might be a calm, sunny day, the occasion for which awnings were designed, but this is in a deep river gorge where winds whip in from nowhere without warning. A deployed awning is a destroyed awning. You've been warned. You're welcome.
