We were warmly greeted by staff as we entered the restaurant. Definitely a hometown favorite as the staff knew customers by name as they entered the building! The menu is small but everything is made from scratch. This business is a little hard to find as it shares a building with other businesses. Dining room is clean and natural light makes the small restaurant feel open and inviting. We had coffee and breakfast items and all 4 of us left full and satisfied. We will definitely be back to try items from their lunch menu. We highly recommend this local restaurant.
My favorite coffee shop in Lake Country specifically because of the TASTE of the coffee highly recommend lavender white chocolate mocha/latte and their pastries- they make the best scones I’ve ever had. The owner, Deborah, is always so welcoming and kind! Everyone raves about all of their food so I’m sure you can’t go wrong with trying it all!!
Cozy Cafe with simple and delicious menu. Great friendly service, zero complaints whatsoever. The best “Breakfast Sandwich” and “Biscuits and Gravy” i’ve ever eaten. Reasonably priced. Highly Recommend visiting.

This is such a gem of a spot. It has the best community feel and the absolute kindest people. The biscuits and gravy are the ultimate comfort food, the coffee is wonderful, and the baked good are amazing. But what you’ll love the most is how warmly welcomed you feel. I don’t come here super often, but when I do I have warm fuzzies for the rest of the day from the delicious food and gracious hospitality.

Well gosh, I am disappointedI didn't come across this GEM sooner. Today was my first visit and I was just in awe of how friendly the staff was. I noticed they know the majority of their customers by a first name basis. With how amazing this place was, I will be back and hope they will call me by name as well. : The food was delicious. We had a breakfast sandwich, biscuits & gravy, and the french toast. The staff served us and came back multiple times to see how we were doing, ask if we needed anything, etc. I can't wait to go back and try some baked goods!
As residents of Hartland and fans of breakfast and coffee, we had to stop and visit. Service was 6 stars. Everyone was exceedingly friendly and happy to help. The French toast was also spectacular and probably the best that we have had. Coffee was hot, seating was comfortable, baked goods were tasty, and we definitely had a relaxing meal. Unfortunately the remainder of breakfast was nothing to write home about. The eggs seemed to be the 'scrambled from a carton' variety and the grits were 'meh' and bland. It felt very much like a hotel continental breakfast. I love eggs and have never been a fan of grits so let that inform your opinion of my opinion. As a breakfast junkie, I don't think this will make the rotation without an upgrade. We'll probably be back for coffee here and there though. Keep up the warm and inviting service!
Great chicken salad sandwich on a buttery croissant. Excellent. Might be the best I ever have had. And I try chicken salad wherever I can find it. I also tried the turkey vegetable soup which was also very good. Worth your while for sure.
This is the best place to get grits in Wisconsin! All the food is great, the atmosphere is relaxed, and the staff is cool.
