Cremanimo

I went to pick up my urn yesterday of our beloved pet who left us suddenly. Cremanimo packed carefully the urn, and the paw print which we ordered. Both items were of high quality. The presentation and attention to detail surprised us. The items were accompanied with beautiful cards (hand signed), bookmark all of which contained wonderful and comforting words. Obviously, Cremanimo takes people's grief at heart.

Our dog Saidie recently passed away unexpectedly and we were beyond impressed with their services. They were recommended to us by the Emergency Hospital and we were not disappointed. Very professional staff and excellent products. We chose to have the wooden urn (with her picture and plaque) as well as the footprint of our dog's paw. Everything was well packaged and came out perfect...we even received a thoughtful card. Thank you so much...you have really helped our family during this difficult time :)

There aren't enough stars to express my feelings of appreciation with Cremanimo. I was devastated by the passing of my cat/friend/sidekick/soulmate. It was like I had lost a part of myself. I decided to have her remains cremated at Cremanimo who were so caring and helpful. Nathalie, the director of the Bois-des-Filion site, was such a comfort during this horrible ordeal. I truly felt supported throughout. The level of respect, empathy and warmth I experienced that day was beyond anything I could have imagined as I accompanied my feline friend on the last leg of her journey. I am forever grateful to Nathalie and Cremanimo.

J'ai envoyé un message pour demander des informations. J'étais incapable de téléphoner tellement j'avais de la peine. J'ai reçu une réponse automatique me disant qu'ils allaient me recontacter dans un bref délai... 5 jours plus tard... jamais ils ne m'ont rappelé!!!!
