I understand that management companies change however the new management is absolutely horrible. Then they send an email to the residents about working on your cars in the complex, which I understandand about pets being on leashes, I just think a management company should not send emails written in bold and in CAPS when trying to convey a message to its residents. They have bigger issues such as the trash all over the complex
I’ve been living here for 3 years and used to really enjoy living here. Previous management team was responsive and kind and they provided follow up to maintenance requests. The management team changed about 3-4 months ago and it’s bad. I have been asking for the dishwasher to be replaced and nothing. It’s been 3 months. There is no follow up. They sent the 3rd person to check it. Only to say they have to replace it and it will take several weeks. That was more than a month ago. Still nothing. Even creating tickets or sending emails doesn’t work. No answer. They changed the portal for payment online and it was such a delay and different portals for different requests when it use to be one for all. Very disappointed with the service I’ve been receiving lately. I can only imagine what type of delay or service others are getting with things that might be more complicated in their apartment.
Creekside South is the” BEST “place to live the grounds are gorgeous and well kept. Sarah and her staff are so Great they are always eager to help in anyway and if you call the office they always end the call saying; “If you need anything please let us know” how AWESOME is that. When you walk the grounds of Creekside South its very Homie and pet friendly if you have a maintenance issue it’s resolved in no time at all. I call them Super Hero’s because they come ready to work with a Smile. So if you are looking for a place to stay choose Creekside South it’s in walking distance to store and has all-around Good Vibes.
I moved into a complete filthy Apartment here in August. The whole place was covered in dust and cob webs. LAYERS! Come to find out my air filter was never changed prior to moving in and this filter was DISGUSTING. I can’t even imagine what I was breathing in for some time. All the dust made my dog and my skin flake and peel from being so dry. Almost 3 months into my new home and I now am just getting this place ‘stabilized’ lots of scrubbing and cleaning has been done…. Some one should answer to this!! This is frustrating beyond belief! Otherwise this complex is very quiet and everyone sticks to them selves. Not a bad community at all. Just hope any new tenants won’t have to go through what I had to. Also the front gate has been open for about a month or so now. Gated community much?!?? There’s little to none pest control: you pay for it monthly per your lease and I question why I see so many bugs close to my entrances/exits & walkways. For all the work I’ve put in to my own unit just to say it is ‘clean’ to live and breathe in. One star all the way…..
I have not had working AC in over 3 weeks! I have had to call countless times regarding my AC since I became a resident here last summer. However, previous maintenance/management was at the very least able to respond to emergency maintenance requests and they were able to ensure my AC was at least 74 degrees without any portable AC machines during the summer months. Unfortunately, even with a portable AC machine, I have been unable to get my AC temperature below 80 degrees for 3 weeks now. Under new management, communication has been less than ideal and I have yet to receive a resolution. I have also called regional management and have still been unable to get an action plan or resolution. When I contacted the regional manager I was told they had no idea that the apartments were having problems with AC units. I have also been told that they will not order a new unit without proper diagnosis, even considering that my AC unit has been unable to get below 80 degrees for 3 weeks now. A contractor has been at my apartment three times, without resolution and a diagnosis has not been given in order for management to order a new unit. I have had to go inside the office in order to get any updates and clear up miscommunication between the contractor and management because the phone is never answered and there is no follow up via email. This is extremely saddening and inhumane. I have been a happy resident without any complaints up until now.
They do not care for their tenants. If you want to get ahold of anyone at the office, you must go inside because no one ever answers the phone or responds to your emails. I have been without AC for almost 3 weeks. 3 weeks! The office continues to give me the run around on any updates of it ever getting fixed. They do not help with any sort of accommodations except for a small portable AC machine which doesn't even make it cool enough to be comfortable. I have been a respectful and dedicated tenant here for 3 years, but they have greatly been grinding my gears as of lately. Spend more on rent somewhere else, I'm sure you're issue will be handled in a more timely manner than here. *update* corporate offices do no return calls or care for tenants either. Called this afternoon for an update after a MONTH of no A/C, was transfered to the regional manager, he said that they were in the process of finalizing plans and that he'd call me in a half an hour or so. I never got a call back.
I lived here for a year, and at first I enjoyed it but soon went downhill. There is trash everywhere, it’s disgusting. They don’t ever respond to emails or phone calls. I called 10+ times one day and no one respond, but when I went in they were all just sitting there. You have to go in if you want an answer and the front desk lady plays messenger with whoever is in charge instead of someone willing to speak with you. They had a change of management and would only leave papers on your door with updates instead of emails. When switching management they gave me two different move out dates and two different rent payments to pay for the month, they had ZERO clue what was going on and did a horrible job at communicating it. The management is horrible. 0/10 recommend.
I have been residing here since 2021. I would not change a thing. This is a great community because my family and I enjoy the pool, gym and most importantly the open greenery areas to enjoy a walk. I would recommend this peaceful community to anyone.
Lived here for 17 months because apparently a 16 month lease couldn't be ended on the 2nd of the month so we were forced to stay an extra month. Upkeep with the pool isn't the best, sometimes it gets super murky, the fireplace rarely works, the trash compacted gets unbelievably overfilled every single weekend and holiday and when it breaks it's a huge unsightly mess, if you leave your trash can out on accident it's a $75 charge, no one told us it was nonsmoking until after we signed the lease we had to wait for my husband to come inside from smoking IN FRONT OF the office and nothing was said beforehand, if you have kids God forbid they run in a second or third floor apartment during the day the neighbors will complain and complain a lot, doesn't matter if it's noon or 3-5pm while their kids are screaming downstairs, management has complete control over what you have on your balcony and when, upstairs neighbors toilet flooded our bathroom, apartment 626 has a leak in the back bathroom ceiling that happens when you run the sink that was never addressed that will be causing mold and waterbugs to come in, if you live in building 6 and PAY to face the grass you'll be greeted with a fresh smell of garbage every morning and humid or hot day, one of the neighbors also has German cockroaches that thankfully we didn't know about until the day we cleared out, last time I went in the gym I did not see anyone wipe down the equipment after using it another reason why I didn't go in the pool again after people started moving in, their "construction" guys who came to fix things not maintenance but construction people after the hail ruined the balconies, the paint they use is super cheap so don't even bother wiping it down it will come right off even with water, it may appear nice but these apartments are extremely cheaply made. laminate flooring, cheap cabinets, think the only thing that's real is the granite counters. NOT worth the amount they charge for these and definitely not worth the hassle. Oh by the way, you have to pay to park under the carports that they installed when we were already short on parking! Pay $10 more for a crappy view of the dumpster, $75 if you forget your trash can out, $150 if you don't pick up dog poop understandable, they upped the charge from $20 to something like $50-100 if you're caught smoking ANYWHERE on property, god knows how much extra for a garage, $25 or so mandatory every month for valet trash even if you don't use it, $3 pest control even if you never use it, 2 pet deposits and pet rent ON TOP OF over $1300 for rent alone. I'm so happy to be out there and my four year old son can run all he flipping wants DURING THE DAY without getting a phone call or knock on my door telling him that he can't play.
We have lived here since April of this year while we have waited for our house to be built and are really sad to be leaving. We've loved living here, the office management staff is extremely kind, especially Bertha, Isela, and Sarah. They are all really sweet, patient, very accommodating, and I've enjoyed chatting with them every time I am in the leasing office. I have lived in other complexes where the leasing staff was just really rude and that has been the complete opposite at Creekside. We're very lucky to have them : We've really had no issues with the apartment at all, maintenance requests have always been very quickly taken care of. It's also really easy access to Walmart and gas we walk to Walmart sometimes for quick errands which is really nice and we're also really close to restaurants and Target.. For anyone who is also in the process of building a house and dealing with the supply chain delays and such, they've been really accommodating in letting us push back our lease date. You do have to pay more expensive rent as you go month-to-month which is normal but you won't be on the hook for a new year lease or anything like that. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone! I am sad to be leaving
