Horrible experience diagnosing a serious autoimmune disease. I had to suggest medications for my own treatment plan with him which he agreed and filled, and had to really advocate for myself to get what I needed. Neither him nor his nurse ever followed up with me once he referred me to a specialist.
After several years of using them as my primary physician. I recently encountered a new director. Called their office to fill a prescription, after 5 visits to the pharmacy, still didn't have my prescription ready from the doctor. The gentleman I had a conversation is apparently a new director. He informed me that I was mistaken and he had called in the prescription. After a 6th visit of not being able to get my medication I called him again, this time slightly annoyed. He told me he was wrong and very sorry about the confusion. Voiced my concerns and frustrations about the situation. Upon my next visit 3 months later was informed they can no longer see me. Have never been treated worse at any business, so much for 8 years of loyalty. It's amazing to me that people can have a total blatant disregard for people. Everyone makes mistakes but most people take accountability instead of being hostile to customer for their lack of ability to do their job.
Dr . Wingert is caring, compassionate and actually spends time explaining and discussing symptoms and treatment plans. He is very thorough and knowledgeable. As a retired healthcare worker myself, I can say in confidence that Dr. Jon Wingert is top notch.
Dr. Jon Wingert and nurse Diane give excellent care. He takes the time to listen and discuss your health concerns! Even on difficult problems he continues to keep searching until the answers are found. I highly recommend him!
