Creekside Camping

I haven't camped there since management team Pat & April were there. Oct 2015. They kept it up no doubt. As individuals seemed like nice people & gave me help when my rv needed help, however there was drug use such as meth, heroin & pot smoking circles of drunks, tweaked out & hacking their lungs out. All night. It was a nightmare of non-stop blasting rap music, males roaring in & out in cars, fighting, a few gun shots, thefts, etc. When I complained I was harassed by next door female neighbor (because either Pat or April told her I'd complained about drug use outside with children present) & other people also on drugs she invited to hang out all night. This neighbor was kicked out of a respectable rv park elsewhere for her behavior. The neighbor said she was kicked out because managers didn't like her "rough" friends. BS. I checked- she was kicked out for conveniently always having her site money "stolen" when due. Hardcore drug user who used her site money for drugs there. They were glad to be rid of her. Total liar. She knew Pat as his "sister-in-law" from a previous marriage & he towed her IN before last park had her towed & trespassed OUT! Never saw an actual recreational camper either. Woken up at 3 a.m. by male manger Pat. Scared the hell out of me. He'd been great helping me with my rv but ended up being a creeper . Said he was walking his dog at 3 a.m. & dog's leash got caught under my rv. I was 15 feet from the road! He also said things that gave me the willies in addition to shining his flashlight from their second story deck in my eyes & acting like a freak when I had a male vistor & we were walking my dog. The rap blasting young jerk was the meth dealer & given special privileges . The drama was constant & mostly caused by April & Pat & their mutual chemical interests & fights with camper residents that ended up resulting in them getting revenge by locking ALL of us out of the bathrooms, showers & laundry with zero notice to get even. WiFi was supposed to be included in price & was removed. Learned I paid full resident monthly rent for a NON-SEPTIC site. Those sites include septic. I'm disabled & this was a hardship on me & wasn't getting what I was paying for. I asked for a monthly pro-rated refund many times due to that & drug noise & out of control tenants that allowed me no sleep . Neither Pat nor April bothered to respond . I met the male owner when his rv was moved next to me for safety reasons as theft was high. I wasn't involved in the drugs. He was very nice. I was just done washing my dog when I met him & I DID keep an eye on his rv. No break ins while I was still there-left October of 2015 -but SOMEONE not the owner was in there from time to time it. I felt watched & assumed it was Pat. Did many walk arounds the RV & no signs of break in & door locked however windows would magically be opened & then closed. I told my bank to fight the charges I'd paid for this hell hole & fraud. April was in jail for her burglery conviction so wasn't able to fight me & I got the portion I paid back. My friend who had paid another portion to help me waited too long & April was out of jail. April told me husband Pat is a registered sex offender! No wonder I felt icky with his behavior at times as it was off. April has no place talking about this new management being a peeper. Lol. My first short stay there the bathroom door was kicked in by an enraged man while I was in there in the shower late one night. I'd take the word of ANY new management over the old management as drugs & FELONIES for sex offenses & burglery take away any validity of April's whining. (Check Public records & WA State Patrol). Hopefully, new management is drug, sexual predator, thief free & SUPERVISED. Still want the rest of my refund. (Hello owners!) It cost ME forced to leave. I gave this 1 star as almost anything an improvement over last manager's personal issues & drama & danger that infected the whole park & the handful of good tenants who were victimized including myself. April told me NOT to call 911. I called & more than once.

I will never spend a dime here this place has went down hill. I really hope they can get it together and realize the only reason everyone has stayed so long is because of Pat and April and all they do for the park and tenants. I can't even believe how bad this has gotten. Very dirty and not at all what it use to be. The new people that run it are very disrespectful and judgemental idk if it's a guy or girl but I can't seem to get over the fact they have caused more harm and drama to the park then I have ever seen. It was way better off with Pat and April running it but good luck keeping business.

I and my husband for two summers were caretakers of this campground. Alot of hours love and care went into making it a place to enjoy and relax for tent camping or bring your rv . We made a big turn around for the looks and profit . Til the day a known person to the owners moves to the grounds and decides how we did things needed changed to a more compound style . Season of camping is coming getting the grounds ready has not even started with the new mangement , so winter weather sure does show , so if planning a camping stay at creekside suggest thinking hard Do I really want to set my tent up and sleep on sticks ? And oh wait might need cleaning supplies and toiletries for the restrooms cause those are no longer maintained kept clean . Management her /his neck is a little rubbery so there is no privacy , hate to tell the truth but the campers need to know . Happy Camping
