Dealing with the loss of both my parents with 1 year was difficult and I had no idea what needed to be done. It was extremely comforting to be able to make 1 quick phone call and have everything taken care of. Kim was great at giving us options and looking after all the details. They managed to work around some challenging situations and provided comfort and understanding to the family.
Harry, Alva, and staff took care of the funeral arrangements for my grandfather, and quite recently my grandmother. The quality of their service is exceptional and they are very caring and compassionate people.
I am grateful for the professionalism and caring that Alva, Harry and Kim provided to our family with the loss of our Mum and then our Dad. We were in very capable hands, and were supported with every detail of the planning process. From helping guide us through the day, to providing advice and forms required by the government; Alva, Harry and Kim's experience, knowledge, and empathy was very calming at such a difficult time for the family. Many thanks for everything.
