I stayed at Unit 117 - I am happy with the supported from Credo Management team , specially Mr. Jeevan , he supported me lots of information needed here in Calgary , since I am new comer from Saskatchewan. Overall , the facilities inside the apartment & out bound area very good , specially I like the communities room , it help me to do my works remote very efficient.nnThanks for the management of Credo Apartment and team .
I recently moved out of apartment 106 after staying there for a year and a couple months. Jeevan was really helpful in the move out process. I had to break my lease as a new job moved me out of town and the entire process went better than I expected. I received my deposit on time and it was easy to communicate with Jeevan even after I left the building. Zero regrets living here!
I have been lived for a year now here now. Jeevan the building customer and sale representative has been very collaborative. Whenever, I have a request or a concern, and I reach out to him, he is always helpful . I like this building for the amneties and amazing customer service experience!
I absolutely loved living here when Rukhsar was in charge, but sadly, the experience has declined since then. As others have mentioned, our heating stopped working in January, leaving the apartment freezing. When we reported it, the manager, Ashley, insisted we would be charged a call-out fee, claiming the apartment 'just needed to warm up' due to the cold weather. This was clearly incorrect, as something was genuinely broken. We received no apology and were quite frustrated with how the situation was handled. Throughout our stay at Credo, Ashley was consistently abrupt and fairly rude, making her unapproachable for most of our concerns.nnMore recently, I had my move-out inspection scheduled for 5 p.m. on the 30th. However, I received a call just 20 minutes before the appointment asking to reschedule to 5:30 p.m. due to a meeting with new tenants. This was inconvenient as I had stayed in the city specifically for the 5 p.m. time slot. Such overlaps could have been communicated earlier especially when most apartment visits are scheduled a few days in advance from my own experience.nnThe new resident manager, Jeevan, then informed me it would take 7 business days to return my damage deposit. It has now been 9 business days and two weeks since I moved out, and I still haven’t received the deposit or even a response to my email which has been ridiculous.nnWhile the apartment itself is nice, resolving any issues is a slow and frustrating process, with management often blaming tenants or taking an excessive amount of time to address concerns. If you're looking for a place where management genuinely cares about you and your family's well-being, I would recommend considering other options.
I'm the first resident to live in my unit and have resigned my lease for my 2nd year. Communication is excellent - management and maintenance are always quick to respond and are super helpful. Building is kept consistently clean and well-maintained
