Completely negligent when they are open. They don't call with test results, even if the test indicates something serious such as cancer or organ failure. Then during COVID lock downs everyone and their brother suddenly cares and they start calling you constantly with phone appointments COVID cash grab.

This is by far the worst place to try and get an urgent appointment to see a Dr. If I have an urgent health issue it’s easier to go to w walk-in or the emergency at the hospital. Staff is untrained and not very helpful. It’s just been getting worse and worse.

Forgot to book my appointment, said they'd get me in anyway, made me wait over an hour after telling me "you're next". I was forgotten about twice by this office, I wasted my time money. Parking is expensive and I'd have appreciated some honesty, an apology and I could have been out within 15 Min making my parking free.

Super frustrating office to deal with. Always on hold for up to 30 minutes just to book appt. Expensive parking. If you have a resident they have very few appointment days. Staff are not polite and unhelpful.
