Ok I revised my review of this place as I have now tried it several times. Food is always hot. I personally think the Cajun option is so so sooo good. Fast service thru DoorDash pickup. Definitely worth a stop, I’m going back. If you like my review, like and follow me!
Horrible customer service who answers the phone "ya" its not a personal phone its suppose to be a business. Completely unimpressed.
This place has no in person dinning. There was no signs on the store itself or online saying they are currently only taking take out orders only. I was excited to try out this new restaurant then immediately disappointed when I should up to find out it’s take only. I will update review when I can dine inside.
This place our first and last time visiting here.our fries was very very cold and very stale we thru them straight in the trash.shrimp had some strange batter like not golden crunchy brown..catfish was not crunchy and under cooked..so one star.dissapointed.highly do not reccomend this place..
The food is excellent here. They do have a MAJOR issue with the girls who work behind the counter. They are sooooo rude! They are lucky they have such good food or this review would have been a 1 star. Hopefully they find some decent help.
Sooooo good! I always order the 1lb Snow Crab/0.5lb Crawfish All Mixed/Spicy. It is always perfect! All mixed flavor is the way to go! I am not big on reviews but Crazy Crab Waterford deserves this one!
