I ordered a bacon jam burger and a jalapeño bacon burger combo and a pretzel w/ queso, all for about $31something, drove away and realized there was no pretzel and was still charged for it, I went back and they refunded me the $4.29 then I got home and seen they didn't put bacon on the burgers. They were still pretty pink and I don't like mayo and that's all that was on the bacon jam burger. This is ridiculous and if your making me pay an arm and leg, atleast make the food worth it please and thanks.
Very mid, and over priced barley got any cheese curds as ordered a large and the fried pickles taste like a salt bomb. The bobas good tho.
They never have their pretzels so instead I got cheese curds. 5 dollars for 5 cheese curds! Took 15 min to get these. I used to love this place, but this place is a joke now.
$48+. And Terrible food. The order was 2/3rds wrong. It took 40 minutes. 2/3rds of the food was awful. With the chicken strips there were big chunks of just coating dough. The chicken strips were over done - I couldn't even bite most of them. I liked the atmosphere. The few people that were there were pleasant. This was Sunday afternoon. We were the only customers in the place until after we received our order.
The brisket was delicious! And the stuffed potato skins topped it off perfectly! Paired w/a knowledgeable and gratious staff, we will definitely remember them, next time we come through. Dietary restrictions: I am gluten free, and found several items I could have. Wish I would have known when ordering they have a gluten free bun. But I did not see that as an option when looking at the online menu.
2 out of 3 burgers were wrong. No veg or condiments. Big red letters on the receipt had the correct order. Paid a premium to have it delivered. Will not be ordering from them again. Disappointed.
I had high hopes. We were in the 'drive through' for 10 minutes before deciding to head inside. The store was super cramped, like it feels like youre invading someones space just to get to the counter. They dont have a big menu inside to look at just laminated paper menus that are small print. And crazy expensive $40 for 2 meals. We sat down at a table and had to wait over 40 minutes to get our food, only to realize I got the wrong thing or the menu was inaccurate. Why would you only have one cook on a friday night? What a massive waste of time and money. The only saving grace was that the cashier was super sweet and the fries are good
They had absolutely nothing on the menu. I personally had to order 3 times trying to find something they actually had. I paid for it and then 5 minutes later they told me they didn't have that either. So I left. My friend also had to order 3 times 3 different things than me just to find something they had. They didn't have any grilled chicken for chicken sandwiches and when I asked if they atleast had breaded they said no. If you don't have any stock than don't be open till you get some. Especially with how they are open till 3 am.
Ordered $55 worth of food to only get a portion of what we ordered. We received things we didn't order, and didn't receive things that we did order. Anyways, we called and the first employee we spoke to transferred us to a manager who was extremely rude Not sure of his name as he literally answered the phone "Hello?" It was our first time eating here and it will probably be our last due to the issues we had! P.S if you're going to have UberEats there for an hour waiting for the food, the least you can do is make sure the order is correct, just saying!!
If I could give zero stars, I would. Unable to get either of my orders correct, the last encounter, they left out pretzels and large waffle fry. They also do not have a working phone. In my first experience ordering a chicken salad, I received the salad without any chicken. The food is garbage and the establishment follows
