Be very careful shopping here..n1. We were told both colours of the bed frame were in stock.. then when checking out “OH SORRY THE COLOUR IS NOT AVAILABLE”n2. Products are absolutely not great for the price. the finishing is so BAD.. it is like HOW CAN YOU MESS UP THIS BAD… cheap out on coating on a $3000 bed frame is just pathetic and returning it cost us $300+n“SHIPPING AND HANDLING FEES WILL OT BE REFUNDED”n3. customer service is also really bad. In store staff some have absolute no clue what’s going on.n4. Website backend design is a mess. No one ever replied our email requests.nnNothing is good except the astronomical price.

Complete waste of time driving all the way to Oakridge. Very unpleasant and unsatisfactory experience.nnupdate: very robotic generic response from Crate & Barrel .nnLuckily, I was able to get 4 items for less than 1 item at Marshalls on Marine. Will never be shopping at Crate & Barrel again
I always enjoy shopping in this store. The staffs are experienced, friendly and helpful but not pushy. The price is pretty fair for the quality they are selling. I enjoy the in-store shopping experience.
Terrible customer service. My shipment has been lying in the warehouse 3weeks with no follow up/email from them confirming that the order has arrived.nnI contacted your Oakridge store and haven’t heard back. I’m at a loss. Whom should I contact?! I booked an appointment for pick up at the warehouse in delta but have no details of when I can come for it?
The purchase experience was very unpleasant, the order was placed wrong and the customer service kept repeating herself like a robot, without the slightest bit of care as how to fix a problem. Everytime in the store, I was passed around between associates, no one was free, if some one was, they didn't know and had to go get someone else. I had to speak to so many different associates before I got a quote which apparently had the wrong SKU and they expected me to check that tiny sku number in the quote with the item sku on their website and figure that out before paying!!! Lucky I called back to double check and now they tell me this is not the right product, and I had to pay a difference of $300 for the right product after my client had already paid based on the wrong quote they gave me. Very disapointed. Don't think I would source for my projects from here again.
