Be careful shopping here. I had to contact them due to missing information in regard to an order I placed online and was not told by them that I would be charged to text them as it's long distance even though I texted the number on the Canadian site and then they refuse to reimburse me for the charges. When I told them that this was not acceptable and requested that a manager call me back, they promised a manager would be in touch and then ghosted me. What kind of company doesn't disclose contacting them about your order will incur financial fees to you and what kind of company charges their customers to contact them about their order? INSANITY.nI ALSO LOVE HOW THEY WERE ABLE TO RESPOND TO MY REVIEW IMMEDIATELY BUT IT'S BEEN DAYS THAT I'VE BEEN WAITING FOR A MANAGER TO CONTACT ME ABOUT THIS ISSUE.
Excellent customer service. We were unhappy with a product and they were very accommodating and able to replace the product with no hassle and were very pleasant to deal with. Would definitely recommend!
I always enjoy shopping in this store. The staffs are experienced, friendly and helpful but not pushy. The price is pretty fair for the quality they are selling. I enjoy the in-store shopping experience.
I had most disappointing service with Crate and Barrel. I ordered the lounge ll sectional last April 2023, when it arrived late in October, they delivered it and had given me the wrong pieces, both right hand side pieces, so it did not fit together as a sectional. They apologized and told me to keep the couch until they could replace it, which never happened. by the middle of January 2024, I was getting fed up and asked for a full refund because it had been almost a year since I had ordered the sofa and spent an insane amount of money for a product that never arrived. One of the visas they had to put the refund back on no longer existed so I asked for a cheque instead. So far, it has been over three weeks and I am still waiting for my refund. They also said they would compensate me with a gift certificate for having gone through and all of the mistakes made on their end. It is now February and still no compensation given and I have not received my full refund . they keep telling me it’s in the mail, but it never shows up. I highly recommend shopping elsewhere.
Huge in store selection for furniture. I really enjoyed looking at the products in store before purchasing. Staff was knowledgeable, kind, and easy to communicate with. My furniture was delivered by the estimated timeframe as if was backordered. Assembly was straightforward, would be easier with two people. However assembling this alone was no problem, just a bit tricky. Overall pleased with the experience in store and product quality received. I recommend this brand.
