First time shopping at Cranky's. Picked up a new Raleigh 16" for my 4yr old son. Great quality product. Brakes are designed properly for a little fella. Light weight with good adjustments. Gave us a fair trade-in on his current "big box store" like new bike that he couldn't ride safely. Staff was friendly. Worth the drive out for us. Will be back for our next bike.

Decided to check it out today as I was looking for a helmet. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff, lots of selection and very reasonable prices (50% cheaper then a comparable product at MEC). Don't let the building size justify anything, the inside is bigger then the outside. I would recommend this place to anyone! :)

This place offers straight goods fair prices and excellent service. Others have traveled far while I'm humbled to have such a great place nearby.
