The staff at this Hospital is very professional and very caring. I received a call after the operation on my Pet ( English Springer spaniel ) I was assured that all went well and I was asked if I had any concerns or questions. I have once more found a great place to take our very Loved and cherished pet.

Dr. Ferguson is very knowledgeable, and always happy to explain what she feels we should do about a concern, and why. When she recommends test or procedure, I know that it is with the best interests of my dog at heart. The Cranberry Hill staff have always been there for me and my dogs when we needed them. Thanks guys!

Great experience with our two dogs, Ava and Nova. Both our girls are rescue dogs, with Ava, unfortunately due to her past, having severe anxiety and fear around other dogs. This location was great at making sure we got into a room as quick as possible, and were super quick to get us an appointment (same day, even though, at the time, we were not current clients- now we are). Dr Eric treated both our girls, and the experience was very thorough and detailed. Dr. Erics demeanor was perfect for our girls as it seems he really does love animals. The exam alerted us of things that other vet's hadn't spotted, so we are thankful for his awareness and thoroughness. Dr. Eric and his staff did not pressure us, and even recommended some non-medicinal things we could do instead of buying more medication. As far as cost is concerned, my fiancé and I read a few reviews of this place being very expensive, yet our experience was quite the opposite. We are pleasantly surprised at how affordable this place is, not to mention how great of service they offer. We live within 2 minutes of a local vet, but will drive the 15 minutes to get here for how great they are. Definitely recommended :)

The staff and Veterinarians at Cranberry Hill Animal Hospital are highly professional and yet very personable. They make it comfortable for both pet and owner, while ensuring the best possible care to your animal. The establishment is extremely clean and hygienic.

We've brought our animals here for well over 10 years and have always been so grateful for the wonderful, knowledgeable staff, and the wide variety of treatments available. Even after moving away, we still travel here for the excellent care our animals always receive. Highly recommended.
