No show - no call for scheduled appointment. Awful way to treat potential lifetime customers.

Had Cramer in to do some minor electric work on our home. They came on time, did the work quickly and cleaned up after. All in all, a good experience - and a reasonable price. New post. We had them in to do more extensive work. On time, and I was pleased with the price for the amount of work they did for us.

Shocked at how I was treated by this company. Just shocked. They failed to show up for a scheduled appointment then failed to answer my calls or return messages. Only answered my call when I finally tried from a different number then was told they didn't want to "service" me because I had paid a $500 invoice late (paid it the second I realized the oversight - they got the payment in just two days). They never cancelled the scheduled appointment or gave me any kind of warning. They could have invoiced me on the day the guys were there I would have paid them on the spot. Wow I have never been treated so badly by any company in all my life.

Highway robbery! I'm slow in writing this - didn't realize it was an option online. I was quoted $110.00/hour for a small job. The job was done in 47 minutes and the electrician (Frank?) told me he had to charge the $110 even though he finished early. Of course! The bill arrived and it was for more than $100 over the $110. When I called and explained the situation above, I was pretty much told I was lying (by John?). "Electricians don't give estimates on the job." It WASN'T an estimate. It was an explanation for charging the $110. When I said this, I was told the extra charge was for transportation/distance. What?! Why wasn't this included in the estimate when I first called Cramer? I was also told that I was lucky to have two workers on the job. Hahaha One was a very young apprentice. I knew more about changing a light switch than he did. Awful experience, in all. Never again.

I had a very negative experience with a hack company ACCREDITED ELECTRICAL SOLUTION LLC that had a "deal" on Angies List. DO NOT USE! We are moving to South America and needed a light fixture removed from our ceiling to take with us. Katy was able to accommodate my project with no attitude and no problem. She really got me out of a tough jam.
