I had a previous bad experience with a different dentist as a teenager and I was left traumatized. Dr. Craft finished the job they couldn't and he put me to sleep for the removals because I was so scared. When I went home I felt zero pain, I'm not even exaggerating. I was so shocked. This time around I needed my wisdom teeth taken out. Of course I had a great experience last time so I chose to come back. I was holding back tears from my nerves and the 2 assistants working with him were so sweet and tried everything to comfort and reassure me everything will be fine. Craft was straight forward but also calm. I felt as if I were in good hands and was right. He wasn't even upset I ripped the iv out I hope I never need another tooth pulled for a long time but if I do, he will be my first choice. Thank you all for being so kind and patient with me.
I’ve been to Dr craft on 3 occasions now. I’ve never had complications or surprisingly much pain. The man has an old school no nonsense approach that I can appreciate but it may put some people off. I found his staff to be excellent and very helpful.
I had my wisdom teeth removed and everyone was so friendly and kind. The dental assistants were fantastic and Dr. Craft was amazing. I would definitely recommend.
Talk about lazy, I had 3 rotten teeth, went to Dr.Craft....now I still need a tooth pulled. What a dishonest, liar and cheat. All to get me back for another visit and payment. Also the receptionist needs a huge lesson in manners and politeness. You know which one.
Had a fantastic experience with Dr Craft. Upon entering the building, I felt confident all the staff were following covid regulations, the secretaries were lovely and kind. The woman who ran my x-ray was extremely sweet and cared about my comfort! As was the nurse who attended me and ran through all the steps, from the surgery to after care. Dr Craft himself was thorough, kind and I felt myself to be in safe hands. Was put under, and woke up gently to no pain. Was brought to another room to slowly get my bearings, and was helped out to the waiting room. I should say I had all four of my wisdom teeth taken out, two of which were impacted. And this is hours later and I am still feeling awesome because of the great pain management advice I was given. I feel this experience went above and beyond, but for them is just another day at work. I am so happy.. thank you so much to everyone who works at Dr Craft's office. You turned a scary experience I had been dreading, to a lovely day at the dentist's !! 10/10 !! Thank you!!!!
Dr Craft is very professional and kind. I knew he was excellent as my Dentist whom I put great trust in, recommended him to me. However, the true gems of this place are his team. They are kind, and take great care in your comfort. I was nervous and worried, they put my mind at ease. I highly recommend Dr Craft and his team for any oral surgery.
Called his office and was greeted by the rudest receptionist. I was honest with her and said I was a little skeptical going to Dr.Craft as I have not heard good things. This would have been her moment to prove otherwise and atleast have me come in for a consultation with him. But instead she rudely says "Well maybe you should find someone else". Not oh I swear he's awesome just "you should find someone else". Heard nothing but horror stories from his office and have multiple friends and family members who had severe complications after his surgery. Honestly wanted to give him a chance but after speaking with his receptionist I will not be contacting his office again.
This is just the best oral surgeon in the city Dr Craft and the entire team are supper great. OMG….
0 stars. Dr. Craft removed my wisdom teeth in the summer of 2016. 2 weeks post surgery when I was still having intense pain in the right side of my jaw, he told me it was just sore from the extraction. He then prescribed me weeks worth of toradol with refills. The pharmacist was in disbelief when they saw the prescription. Toradol shouldnt be taken for more than a week as it can seriously damage your stomach if used too much. After being fed up with the excuses, my general dentist referred me to an orthodontist in Fredericton. After my exam, the orthodontist told me that the disc on the right side of my jaw was out of place and therefore my bite was off, and this was causing the pain. He said the cause was likely that Dr.Craft had my mouth open too wide for too long without resting it during the extraction. I just want to add that this orthodontist was a periodontic specialist as well, is a past president of the New Brunswick Dental Society, having served as a committee member and on the Board of Directors. He knows what he's talking about. I had a splint, went to physiotherapy, and got braces. I get that perhaps I was susceptible to TMJ issues and maybe something would have caused these issues for me later in life, but that doesn't excuse Dr.Craft's lack of care AND professional manner when I went to speak to him about it. Fast forward to now, I still have my braces on and it has almost been 4 years with them. I love my orthodontists, they have been wonderful. My experience with Dr.Craft, however, was pretty god awful. Look for someone else.
Dr. Craft and his team was great. I had two wisdom teeth removed and I was in and out within an hour. Even after waking up his team was great handling my none sense from the sedatives. I would definitely recommend Dr. Craft to others.
