Honestly just an awesome experience. I was coming into Edmonton from out of town and had called multiple glass places and no one could get me in right away, I called CRACKMASTERS and while on the phone he had a windshield for my truck rush shipped to his location and said he will get on it as soon as I was there. Sure enough pulled up handed over my keys and they took it in and started replacing it.  Very small little shop, him and his son run it very nic small business energy and I was treated like a person not a number. They have  a TV with Netflix and Wi-Fi on spot to keep you occupied while the work is being done. I highly recommend using these guys for your next windshield!Service:&nbsp;Auto windshield repair

Been following Phil on twitter for awhile now.  The ice truck I drive had a few rock chips.  Sent him a tweet saying I was in the area and wanted to get the chips fixed before they turned into a crack.  Pulled right up, he guided me and my truck inside.  Right away Phil and his son were busy fixing my windshield.  The part I like best about small businesses is the story.  Phil started off as a lifeguard, then went on to doing IT for a mining company before deciding to try his hand at windshield replacement and repair.  Bought a small local Crackmasters franchise and now is living the dream.  I call it the dream, getting to work for yourself with your son.  I don’t have kids myself but I think it must be pretty awesome to work with your dad or son in Phil’s case.  That is the magic of a small business.  You might not get rich doing it but with a lot of hard work and a little luck you can feed yourself, your family and employ a few friends and/or family.  Service was fast, quality was great, price was fair and the conversation made time go by fast.  I highly recommend Phil and Crackmasters on 105 ave!

Three months earlier I had my Jeep TJ windshield replaced by another Crackmasters location outside of the city. It was the worst service I ever got in my life see Google review.  So, I took my vehicle to Phil who fixed all my problems and then some. Phil goes above and beyond, and stands behind his work and warranties. Get your windshield fixed here, where I now also refer all of my friends and family go.

I have been a returning customer on this location. From windshield replacement and repairs, they dont fail to give a top notch service. Today, I was there for like really early and they were not even open yet. As soon as Philip saw me waiting outside, he let me in and they did the job real fast. Thanks for the top notch service.
