Thank you to our server, Crystal. Sweet and personable, she took very good care of my husband and I for our breakfast/lunch. Clean restaurant. Relaxed atmosphere, reasonable prices. Monroe, Michigan has our favorite Cracker Barrel! Been going here for years. Never been disappointed.

Overall not the worst experience. We had a large party of 11, and unfortunately our waitress was given several other large parties. She was good, but had more than her share of the lunch crowd. The service lacked in how our food was delivered it came out at different times to our table so half our group was done eating almost before the second half got their food. Once again this did not appear to be the fault of our waitress who sometimes was waiting for the kitchen to complete our order. The kitchen should have coordinated our meal so it came out at the same time. The manager gave us a couple of free kids meals to apologize for the meal. Our food however was excellent. I just ordered a bowl of vegetable soup and it was good. We also got a great deal on something in the store too which was great too. So not a 5 star visit, but we will go back because the staff attempted to make things right and the food was good when it came.

Excellent food and good service! The lady who seated us gave us options for where to sit since business was slow, which was really nice! You really can't beat their selection of sides, and the prices here are very competitive - even compared to some fast food restaurants! Great portions, too.

I travel with a coworker and he decided to do cracker barrel.  They are consistent from one to the next.  I find their food mediocre at best. Atmosphere is good.  I like the wood fireplace.

Ordered carry out, food was still hot when I got home 27 miles later. Staff was helpful in ordering a large order. Price was good for the amount of food we ordered. The only complaint would be the smell inside the restaurant. It smelled like my grandpa's old Copenhagen spit can. Brought back some old memories so o guess it wasn't all that bad. I will definitely go back and send others.
