Bests flavours, and if you don't like what you see, they can make up your favourite treat. Always friendly service. Very clean inside.
Creme et Cie offered a mixed dining experience during our visit. The service was notably kind and accommodating, especially for our group of 10, with bilingual staff making us feel welcome. The value was a pleasant surprise, as the prices were quite reasonable. Despite being busy, the line moved quickly, and the fact that they stay open late is a definite plus. Additionally, the availability of outdoor seating added to the overall experience. Having a variety of flavors, and vegan options, was helpful to accommodate to our diverse tastes/needs.nnHowever, the disappointment came with the ice cream itself. Despite trying a variety of items, the majority of us did not find it to be anything special. Personally, I ordered the Baileys ice cream and was let down by its overbearing flavor, being notably salty. We were disappointed that the ice cream missed the mark, especially considering the kind service. Needless to say, there was a lot of unfinished ice cream by the end of the night.nnIn summary, Creme et Cie provides friendly service, good value, and convenient late-night dining options, but the letdown was the quality of the ice cream, which didn't live up to our expectations.
Excellent ice cream! Their selection of chocolate dip flavors is impressive and the quality of the chocolate is excellent. It does not turn overly waxy and hard like some other places.
Excellent friendly service and fantastic ice cream. The person at the counter was very polite and friendly and provided us with all the options without rushing us. Mixed flavour soft serve cones were terrific!
Not sure how to rate this since I personally didn't like the 2 flavors that I tried : peach and espresso or something coffee related. They weren't flavorful enough for me.nnBut my friends who just bought vanilla softies because they don't really try different flavors and just go for the plane ones, finished my ice cream cup and loved the peach flavor and really liked the other one too.nnThe shop is next to the remnants of an old fort so you can visit the site while eating your ice cream. That was a big plus for the whole experience.
