I was charged for services from your company which were not even performed and the services that were performed were almost twice as much the second year I used your company because I was told there was someone being trained on my account so I had to pay for their time and the time of the employee who was assigned my company. There were numerous errors including my 1099’s have a completely different company’s name and address on them. Thank God I chose to pick them up myslef before I incurred an audit. My 2021 taxes were messed up because they claimed my child when I told them in the beginning I do not claim my child on my taxes my ex does, which lead me to incur a very large debit to the IRS which left my finances in a complete mess I am still trying to recover money to just pay my mortgage. When I asked to speak with someone in charge I was not given anyone to talk to but the person who messed up my account. I only recieved a refund for the portion they over charged me for paying the trainee to work on my account. I am completely unsatisfied with the work I received and want a comple refund of the money I spent for 2022 and the $800 they charged me to do my exs taxes but never even touched or seen his taxes. I would like someone in charge to contact me. I have been told from a few legal advisors to report this company to the IRS which will be the next thing I do if I do not hear from someone other than the employee.
