The staff was friendly and helpful but most of all our fall flower arrangements for our 50th anniversary party were gorgeous! They are now a week old and are still looking great. Thank you!

Terrible service. I ordered through FTD and paid $66.00 for a large bouquet for my daughter and she received a small vase with a few roses and filler. When i called they told me that I ordered a $30.00 bouquet and they didn't have the flowers they needed so they made it as close as they could,which was not close at all. I called the bank and i was being charged the full $66.00 so again, I called the store back and the lady said it was not her problem and hung up on me. I called FTD and they said they couldn't help me that I needed to deal with the store. I'm disputing the charges with my bank.
