Full bar and restaurant located in a "Minnesota Lodge" style clubhouse on the premier public 18 hole Territory Golf course. This unique Minnesota lodge-style architecture can be seen throughout the 12,000 square foot structure. A pub-style bar and open dining room with a double-sided fireplace is featured on the main floor, outdoor patio seating, two rental rooms and a lower level banquet hall are all featured at this establishment. Weekly specials, Sunday brunch and a full salad bar, with the well talked about homemade popovers, are available. On the Friday evening we arrived the place was busy but we were seated in a reasonable amount of time and drinks came shortly afterwards. My meal came with the soup and salad bar, with a nice selection of cold salads, dessert salad, fruit, lettuce and toppings, salad dressings, two soups and popovers. My Chicken Breast Romano was a tender, pan fried chicken breast in a 5-cheese Alfredo sauce over a bed of wild rice. Taste and texture was to perfection. Linda was our seasoned server and it showed. Talkative and friendly she got the job done.
Brunch was hands down awesome. If you do not go to any other place for brunch, go to coyote. Maris, when I asked not to be seated in the bar, without attitude, seated me at a regular booth. Thank you, Maris. Ms. Emily was my server. Service was amazing. I am going to make Coyote my goto place to eat. Thank you, Emily.Food: 5/5
4.8 out of 5... Top 3 food venues in Central Minnesota. Best Sunday Brunch anywhere. Great Steaks, Seafood and Popovers. Salad Bar is fantastic. Prices are very resonable for quality and atmosphere.
This place is by far one of my favorite places to go on Easter/Thanksgiving for their Buffet. Lots of verity, great service, and cater to those with disabilities "wheel chairs". Keep up the great work CMG TEAM!
Great food and great service! The scallops were incredible! I'm low carb, so I didn't have any popovers, but my husband and daughter described them as being "too eggy". Idk if they're supposed to have a strong egg flavor or not... it's just something they noticed and weren't a fan of. My in-laws rave over the popovers, so I thought maybe something might have been off about them when my husband and daughter didn't care for them.
Had our wedding here almost a year ago now, I reviewed Coyote Moon on a wedding website but figured google is more common so I wanted to review here too. The venue was wonderful, easy to work around their already neutral but beautiful decor! The inside and outside are perfect for photos and if the weather permits you’re given a couple golf carts to go out and take advantage of the golf course. We had a late October wedding so we weren’t able to but that was an us problem! Andrea did an amazing job coordinating the whole thing and our meetings with her were short, sweet and to the point but definitely touched base on everything we needed to know. Both my husband and I work nights then and now and being able to communicate through email, and promptly, was a big plus for us! She was able to recommend outside services such as photographers and DJ’s however we were lucky enough to have family all over the wedding industry and managed to rope free/cheap services! Food was perfect and the open bar was easy to handle with a top dollar put on it. Great communication through the event as well AND myself and the other ladies of the bridal party were offered food and beverage throughout set up the day before and getting ready the day of. There is space for the party to get ready but it is small. It was perfect for us with our small wedding party though. And the dance floor is a nice touch and was big enough for the obligatory chicken dance! Best part about the venue having a regular restaurant upstairs is we can come back each year for our anniversary dinner!
Beautiful location looking over the golf course. Our waitress was great and very attentive. My boyfriend got the prime rib and it was very good. I got the sirloin steak with shrimp and the steak was like a hockey puck. I asked for medium well and this was beyond well done. It was very dry with very little flavor. Drinks were good. We are going to give this place another try because of the location and their patio seems very inviting after a round of golf. I just wont be ordering a steak again.
I went where with a group of staff that I was on. The service was timely. The food was really good. I ordered the chicken Romero. It was so soft and tender that I could have cut it apart with just a fork. The 5 cheese sauce was great too, seeming to get better with every bite. Some people in my part did have some stomach discomfort but I don't know if that was related to the food or not.
Andrea [General Manager], Ann Marie and I would like you to know how pleased we are with the service, food and beverages provided by Coyote Moon for our recent 50th Wedding Anniversary celebration. Everything from the well-designed and welcoming facility, the delicious food and its wonderful presentation, your kind and helpful staff, and the attention given to the finest details of the event were much appreciated. Your suggestions and sound advice, as well as management of the entire celebration, made us comfortable in knowing that all was addressed before hand. We believe that the cost for the value received was extremely reasonable and below what we expected to pay for such an exquisite event. You and your staff are truly professional, and we could not be happier with the outcome. We are still receiving very favorable comments from our guests about your fine establishment.
