Lovely staff, however I don't think this is a salon for people with 'difficult' hair types, there is much better elsewhere. Nicole was great but I don't think she knew what to do with my thick, full hair. Two months later and it's noticable that the back was not cut evenly.

Zoe is fantastic, very patient, asks the right questions, works smoothly and is a very nice person in general. The shop is also nice, cool music, clean, good location.

Melissa is fantastic, she is always thinking ahead of how my hair will grow in so it looks great for a long time after my appointment which is rare!
